“Working predominantly in oil and acrylic, Emily creates hypnotic pieces imbued with emotional ambiguity. Her current body of work is an exploration of an intricate internal journey to reconnect with a more natural iteration of self. she explores themes of spiritual longing and personal mythology. Her subjects exude an enigmatic presence, suspended in the liminal space between conscious and unconscious realms."
